Rørosmartnan 2027

In keeping with tradition, we will be organizing day trips to Rørosmartnan 2027 from the 16th to the 19th. February. Bring your friends, family, or your association for a magical experience in a historic town, at a market featuring high-quality goods.
We can offer you a fantastic journey from Trondheim to Røros with a return to Trondheim after a memorable day at Rørosmartnan.

Approx. 10:30 – Arrival in Røros

17:00 – The bus returns from Røros following the same route as on the way to Røros.

Rørosmartnan combines community life, trade, culture, and traditions in a way that you can’t experience anywhere else.
The World Heritage Site Røros mining town provides a unique setting for this public festival.

It is primarily a trade fair, with approx. 250 exhibitors in the streets and in the Martna Hall. But the fair is also brimming with cultural events all week and around the clock: Concerts, dancing, spontaneous street performances, revue shows, great food and drinks, lively atmosphere at the eateries, activity in the courtyards, historical storytelling, carnival, and horse and sleigh rides.

Farmers and load carriers come by horse and sleigh from Sweden, Østerdalen, Hedmark, Gudbrandsdalen, Gauldal, Selbu, and Tydal. They lodge in travel yards in the center. Here, and in the other courtyards, you are warmly welcome to an experience that will give you the feeling of stepping into another time.
