How many Seats are there in your Buses?

We have buses of different sizes – from minibuses with 16 seats to large buses with 49 and 52
seats.

We have one minibus and 3 large buses. In total, we have 4 buses.

Yes, all our tour buses are rented with an experienced and professional driver.

Yes, we have about 60 booster seats and some car seats in different sizes. Let us know when
booking, and we’ll provide what we have available.

We have plenty of space for wheelchairs and strollers under the bus. Unfortunately, we don’t have a lift
into the bus.

All our large buses have toilets. Let us know if this is desired, and we’ll arrange
the right bus.

Yes, we have both WiFi and power outlets in our large buses. Ask the driver for access when
you’re on board.

Prices vary depending on the number of people, destination, and trip duration. Send
us an email at post@dinbusstur.no, and you’ll get a no-obligation quote.

  • Charter trip: Invoice will be sent afterwards.
  • Scheduled trip: Payment is made via Vipps or Stripe when booking the trip.

Cancellation Terms

These terms apply to all trips organized by Din Busstur AS.
By booking, these terms are considered accepted by the traveler.

Day trips (without overnight stay)

  • Cancellation received at least 7 days before departure entitles you to a full refund.
  • Cancellation received 6-2 days before departure will be charged 50% of the trip price.
  • Cancellation received less than 48 hours before departure, as well as no-shows, will be charged 100% of the trip price.

Multi-day trips (with overnight stay)

  • Cancellation received more than 30 days before departure entitles you to a full refund, minus an administration fee of NOK 300 per person.
  • Cancellation received 30-15 days before departure will be charged 25% of the trip price.
  • Cancellation received 14-7 days before departure will be charged 50% of the trip price.
  • Cancellation received less than 7 days before departure, as well as no-shows, will be charged 100% of the trip price.

Transfer of trip

  • The trip can be transferred to another person at no cost if this is reported in writing to Din Busstur AS at least 24 hours before departure. The new traveler assumes all rights and obligations in the agreement.

Illness and travel insurance

  • For cancellations due to acute illness or injury, refunds can be claimed through your own travel insurance. Din Busstur AS does not provide refunds beyond these terms. We recommend everyone to have valid travel insurance.

Illness/natural events

  • Din Busstur AS is not responsible for losses or additional costs due to circumstances beyond our control – such as weather conditions, strikes, natural events, epidemics, or government orders.

    But we're usually helpful in finding a solution!
